Join our Beekeeper, Daniel Sullivan, for a conversation on the importance of the honeybee to our environment. Daniel will explain how our onsite apiary is able to produce raw, all natural honey and its many functions and benefits. These intimate classes cover a range of topics from the building blocks of cooking to incorporating seasonal flavors year around, all led by the Salish Culinary Team. You'll leave the class with a Culinary Adventures apron, and recipes to recreate your masterpieces at home.
