At Salish Lodge & Spa we strive to provide unparalleled epicurean delights without taking ourselves too seriously. These unique experiences combine interactive learning with the freshest ingredients from local purveyors (and our own gardens). Discover techniques for everything from grilling the perfect salmon, to making the ultimate jam, or savoring one of our adventurous dinners. Eat it all up in our beautiful new Chef's Studio overlooking Snoqualmie Falls. Connected to both the kitchen and the Salish garden, providing a truly hands-on culinary adventure.

Salish Supper Series

Eat and drink your way through summer with our Salish Supper Series featuring outstanding cuisine and libations in partnership with some of our favorite local purveyors. In the spirit of adventure, menus will be revealed upon arrival. Each event will begin with a reception of seasonally-inspired appetizers, followed by three courses perfectly paired with wine, spirits or brews. Every dinner will include an interactive cooking experience so you'll get to try your hand at, for example, making a chocolate soufflé, building cocktails in our garden with freshly-picked herbs, and more!

Pike Brewing Company
Enjoy an evening with Seattle’s most beloved brewing couple, Rose Ann and Charles Finkel. A delectable dinner will be paired with seasonal brews, including the Pike Hive Five beer featuring our famous Salish Honey. The perfect way to celebrate an early Father’s Day surprise.

Whisk(e)y, Cigars and Owens Meats
Join us for a meat lover’s dinner featuring cuts from Owens Meats, a family-run businesses that’s been satisfying the carnivore’s taste buds for over 125 years. Courses will be paired with a different style and preparation of whiskey - bourbon, scotch and rye, oh my! Guests will cap off the evening with a cigar in hand while looking out over the falls.

Date Night In at Salish Lodge
It’s hard to imagine a more beautiful or romantic destination than Salish Lodge. Pair that with the evening’s special guest Ashley Rodriguez, author of the cookbook Date Night In, and you get the perfect night for sweethearts. Enjoy delicious cocktails and dishes from her cookbook while she discusses her favorite recipes, cooking tips, and inspiration. Each couple will receive a signed copy of Date Night In to help recreate the perfect date night meal at home.

Join our Beekeeper, Daniel Sullivan, for a conversation on the importance of the honeybee to our environment. Daniel will explain how our onsite apiary is able to produce raw, all natural honey and its many functions and benefits.
