Breakfast, Featuring Honey from Heaven

Salish proudly carries on the breakfast tradition for which the lodge was initially known, each morning inviting guests and visitors alike to experience an array of cozy foods a la carte or the amazing multi-course, famous "Salish Lodge Country Breakfast" -- a lodge favorite since 1916.

And now, the Dining Room is thrilled to bring back the delightful "Honey from Heaven" service as part of the famous Salish Lodge Country Breakfast, as we continue to embrace tradition around the lodge. This breakfast "show" has diners craning their necks to marvel at the cascade of honey being poured from high above their heads onto their awaiting buttery biscuits or oatmeal, mimicking the plunging Snoqualmie Falls just outside.

Breakfast, Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am to 2:00pm
Dinner, Sunday, Tuesday - Thursday: 5:30pm to 9:30pm
Dinner, Friday & Saturday: 5:30pm to 10:00pm
