FAQ

Schedule a Site Tour:
We recommend visiting Monday through Friday when suites are more likely to be available for viewing


Ceremony Location:
Option of the suite, Centennial Green or anywhere in the public park space

  • If you choose to have your ceremony in the suite, we will provide additional glassware, china and additional banquet chairs for up to 8 guests
  • If you choose to have your ceremony outside in the park, please know that it is a public park and we are unable to reserve a certain area or provide seating

Ceremony Times:
Check-in time is 4pm. We recommend a start time of 4:30pm or later on arrival date or prior to 11am on departure date.


River View King Suites:
We have a total of four (4) suites on property. Specific suite not guaranteed


Personal Wedding Cake:

  • Our in-house Pastry Chef will prepare
  • Please let us know your dietary restrictions (allergies, gluten, dairy)
  • Six inch cake included can serve up to 8 guests
  • Larger cakes available up to two tiers serving 22+ people (top tier keepsake cake) if you are booking a larger reception or dinner, at an additional cost.

Petite Floral Bouquet:
Six (6) roses in your choice of color are considered a petite bouquet. We are happy to discuss other choices or options for an additional cost.


Officiants:
You may bring your own, or we can include the cost of an officiant in your package.


Dining Credits:
$200.00 dining credit in The Dining Room or The Attic

  • Reservations required for The Dining Room which accepts parties of up to 10 people
  • The Attic does not accept reservations and welcomes parties of up to 8 people
  • In-room dining is available during normal business hours
  • Can be used toward alcohol
  • Does not include gratuity

$75.00 breakfast credit

  • Perfect for two for our famous Country Breakfast
  • Or order a la carte as you choose
  • Can be used toward alcohol
  • Does not include gratuity

Photography:

  • Your photographer will have access to your suite anytime between check-in and check-out
  • You may take photos anywhere outside in the Snoqualmie Falls Park at your leisure
  • Public spaces in lodge have limited access and cannot be reserved for private use

In-room Reception Food:

  • Catering Menus available
  • Outside food and beverage is permitted in the suite. Hotel staff will not provide service for these items.
  • Glassware and china for up to 8 people can be provided by the hotel.
  • Additional serving ware may be provided with an additional cost

Champagne Toast:

  • Salish Lodge & Spa Brut is provided with your package (1 bottle)
  • Additional bottles may be purchased

Reserving Larger Parties for Reception Meal:
For parties over 8, we are happy to accommodate you with a private function room, based upon availability and with a rental fee.


Decorations:

  • Candles, floral and any other decoration may be brought into the suite as long as it does not damage or alter the appearance or physical function of the space.
  • Fire Code on candles, ½ inch clearance from top of flame to top of vessel holding candle.

Parking:

  • Valet parking is included for all lodge, restaurant and spa guests. For all others there is an $8 per car fee to valet park. You may choose to host the charges to your guestroom.
  • Complimentary self-parking is available across the street in the Snoqualmie Falls Parking Lot. Salish Lodge is accessible via the foot bridge.

Elopement Coordinator duties during your event:

  • Secure your preferred date
  • Provide you with an Elopement checklist two weeks prior to your event date
  • Order your petite bouquet of choice and assist in any upgrade requests
  • Order your cake of choice and assist in any upgrade requests
  • Make your dinner reservation in The Dining Room
  • Make your breakfast reservation in The Dining Room
  • Walk through your timeline to help in event expectations
  • Communicate your special day to the hotel staff
  • Communicate with your Officiant when provided by the hotel
  • Recommend photo locations on property and surrounding areas
  • Help you with any additional reservation needs

Required Paperwork:
Must apply for a marriage certificate at least three (3) days prior to wedding date. See http://www.kingcounty.gov/courts/marriage.aspx.


Payment:
Deposit is due ten (10) days prior to arrival. Amount of deposit is equal to 100% of anticipated charges. Credit Card is required at time of booking.


Cancellation Policy:

  • Any changes and/or cancellation can be made up until ten (10) days prior to arrival.
  • You may change dates up to three (3) times (outside ten days of the arrival) without penalty of one night's room and tax.
  • Cancellation within ten (10) days of arrival will result in loss of deposit (100%)
