Need help planning your spring getaway? This sample itinerary characterizes the very essence of Salish Lodge. Ensure that your two-night, three-day visit to Snoqualmie inspires lasting memories as you become lost in luxury.
- At 4:00pm check into your deluxe guestroom and select from lavender, buckwheat or any of the seven complimentary pillows available from the luxurious pillow menu to enhance your rest.
- Indulge in an early dinner in the Dining Room (hint - we recommend the Butter Poached European Turbot followed by the Valhrona Chocolate “Bombe”).
- After dinner, venture out into the sunset as you hike to the base of the 268 ft Snoqualmie Falls. Amazing views and photo opportunities are spectacular at this serene time of the evening.
- Upon returning to the lodge, surprise your sweetie with a seasonal fruit basket and sparkling wine placed in your guestroom. It’s simple to do with a quick call to our Special Services Department before your arrival. A great way to wind down is in your two-person Sani-jet spa bath complete with six jets and chromotherapy lighting.
- Go ahead and sleep in for a little while, but don’t miss out on your breakfast reservation in the Dining Room where you will be seated high above the falls. Sample the many delights included in the Famous Four Course Country Breakfast a lodge favorite, enjoyed since 1916 complete with freshly squeezed juice, seasonal berry parfait, baker's basket, old fashion steel-cut oats, three eggs with smoked bacon, pork-apple sausage, honey cured ham, herbed shoestring potatoes and a buttermilk biscuit topped off with Buttermilk pancakes. It’s a big meal but don’t worry, you’ll burn it off on either a guided or self-guided bike ride around the picturesque Snoqualmie Valley with breathtaking views of Mt Si and the Snoqualmie Train Depot.
- Upon arriving back to the lodge, relax in the spa with a Duet Massage in the uniquely designed couples treatment room.
- Top off day and make yourself at home with a meal in the Attic Bistro where you may dine on Wild King Salmon Chowder or the Double Cut All Natural Pork Chop.
- The early bird catches the worm (or the fish)! Meet your Fly-fishing guide in the lobby at 7am for a half-day fly-fishing trip along the Snoqualmie River or if you don’t have the energy, you can spend the morning in the Spa with another refreshing treatment. Try the Essential Salish Facial and Body Wrap.
- After check out, be sure to tour Boehm’s Candy shop in Issaquah and see the Edelweiss Chalet on your way out of town. (255 NE Gilman Blvd Issaquah WA 98027 (425) 392-3500)
