Salish Lodge & Spa announces the reopening of The Restaurant & Terrace Bar, a completely reimagined dining experience with a new concept, menu and design. The Restaurant at Salish Lodge is now a Pacific Northwest exploration of the classic American steakhouse, where the rugged beauty of Salish’s natural surroundings meets elevated dining.

The new menu is a celebration of the region’s bounty, with a special focus on local dry-aged beef sourced from nearby Royal Ranch, including premium cuts like New York strip, filet mignon and bone-in ribeye. Local produce, responsibly sourced seafood (including salmon, halibut, jumbo prawns and signature Alaskan king crab legs) and vegetarian and vegan dishes create an exceptional, well-rounded and seasonally driven menu that every guest can enjoy.
